This 1,000,977-square-foot industrial building features a 40-foot clear height, 28-foot-wide tilt-up panels and 24 standard 9-by-10-foot overhead doors. It is strategically located in National Property Holdings’ 960-acre, rail-served AmeriPort Industrial Park with connectivity to two of Houston’s major highways and the Port of Houston. This is Arch-Con’s fourth project with National Property Holdings.
