Trinity West is the largest business park in Dallas, consisting of 140 acres and the only large-scale modern blocks of space available in the Turnpike submarket. Phase 2 includes the ground-up, tilt-wall construction of two buildings with associated site work and site infrastructure. The first building is 752,680 square feet with a 36-foot clear height, 124 dock high loading spaces and four grade level loading spaces. The second building is 149,760 square feet with a 32-foot clear height, 36 dock high loading spaces and four grade level loading spaces. This is Arch-Con’s fourth project with Lovett Commercial.
