There are three 16-unit buildings, four “Big House” concepts with 28 units per building, six 12-unit buildings, and 68 single-family homes. The centralized amenities include a resident clubhouse, leasing center, pool and fitness center featuring a fully-equipped gym, yoga studio and spa with a sauna and cold plunge tub.
